El Gordo's started with a food truck, a small menu, and a whole lot of hard work. As more people found us, quesabirrias, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, and our homemade tortillas quickly became the favorites that kept them coming back.
What started on the truck grew into something bigger, and now El Gordo's Taquería gives us a place to serve the same bold flavors people already know and love — with more room, more menu favorites, and the same focus on fresh food and family.
