Mexican catering for offices, churches and celebrations

Catering is one of the best things we do. Instead of a fixed package you have to squeeze your event into, we start with your headcount, your date and how you want to serve it, then build a spread that fits.

Catering that's planned around your event

The two questions that shape everything are how many people you're feeding and how you want them served. A build-your-own taco spread works beautifully for a casual office lunch where people trickle through. Pre-portioned trays make more sense when you've got a tight window between a ceremony and a program.

From there it's about the food itself. Our catering pulls from the same kitchen as the restaurant — the same slow-cooked meats, the same house salsas, the same tortillas. Sides like rice, beans and chips fill out a spread affordably, and tres leches is an easy dessert for a crowd.

We also plan for the people who need something different. Vegetarian builds are straightforward with beans, rice, cheese and vegetables, and we can keep components separate so guests assemble their own plates. Tell us what you need when you send the request.
