Nachos loaded the way they should be

Chips under cheese, meat and toppings — not a pile with three loaded chips on top and bare ones underneath. We build nachos so the middle of the tray is as good as the edges, and we do the same thing with loaded fries.

The nacho problem, and how we solve it

Everyone has had disappointing nachos: a mound where the toppings sit on top and the bottom two-thirds are plain chips. It happens because it's faster to dump than to layer. We build in layers so cheese and toppings reach through the tray, which is the only thing that actually makes nachos worth ordering.

Loaded fries follow the same logic with a different base. Crispy fries, cheese, your protein and the toppings — a heartier, messier cousin that holds up better in a to-go container than chips do.

Both are shareable by design. If you're bringing food back to a group, a tray of nachos plus a few tacos covers more people than a stack of individual plates, and everyone gets to pick at it.

Sharing math
  • One tray works as a starter for three to four people
  • Add tacos or a burrito to make it a full meal
  • Ask for sauces on the side for takeout
  • Good game-day and party food

Frequently asked questions

How many people does a tray of nachos feed?

As a shared starter it works for roughly three to four people, depending on what else you order.

What's the difference between nachos and loaded fries?

Same toppings, different base — chips versus crispy fries. Fries travel better.

Can I choose the protein on nachos?

Yes, you pick your protein and sauces when you order.

Do nachos hold up for takeout?

They do best when eaten soon after pickup. If you have a longer drive, loaded fries are the sturdier choice.

Can I get them vegetarian?

Yes — build them with beans and cheese and skip the meat.

Do you do large orders for parties?

Yes, through catering. Give us your date and headcount and we'll plan the trays.
