Hand-rolled burritos packed with the works
A burrito should hold together and taste like more than rice. Ours are rolled to order with beans, rice, your protein and the toppings you pick, then wrapped tight so the last bite is as good as the first.
What goes into a burrito worth driving for
The difference between a great burrito and a filler burrito is ratio. Too much rice and it's stodgy; too much sauce and it falls apart before you finish. We build ours to balance — enough rice and beans for substance, enough protein that every bite has some, and sauce placed rather than poured.
Warming the tortilla matters as much as what's inside. A cold flour tortilla cracks when you roll it and splits when you eat it. Ours goes on the flat top first so it's pliable, which is also why the roll stays tight in the foil on the drive home.
Then it's your call: chipotle if you want smoke, cilantro-lime if you want brightness, salsa verde if you want tang. Chicken is our most-ordered burrito, but the format works with anything on the protein list, and a bean-and-rice build is a solid vegetarian option.
- Chips and salsa on the side
